Reverend Karen B. McCann comes from
a Family lineage of Shamanic and Energy healers. Her training began for her as a child. With close to 50 years experience, she has
also studied and is a Member of the Foundation for Shamanic Practitioners and Society of Shamanic Practitioners.
Rev. McCann also graduated with honors from
Bloomfield College with a BSN and from Seton Hall with a MSN. She was inducted
into the International Honor Society for Nursing.
Presently, she is a PhD Candidate in Natural
Health Medicine. With over 18 years experience in Western Medicine, she has the
insight to understand the Allopathic Theory of Medicine including Nutritional
counseling
Rev. McCann has, also, attained and
practices as a certified - White Light Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Reiki
Master/Teacher[Level II – the highest level], Angelic Lightworker’s Reiki, as
well as a Reiki Drumming Practitioner.
She graduated from a three
program in Acupressure and had attained the highest level of “Initiate in
Acupressure.”
As an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Rev.
McCann has a Doctorate in Divinity and a Doctorate in Spiritual Counseling.
With this background, healing sessions
are tailored to the individual’s needs with an educational component, combining
the integrate weavings of the true body, mind and spirit. Workshops and individual classes are also
available as well as any ministerial needs.

Here is my Personal Story:
In the Beginning...
I was a healthy, happy mother of three. I loved to run, jump and dance with my children as well as the children that I was a nurse to in a nearby hospital. My life was full. My husband, Brian and I had built a beauty home for our family. I was continuing my education as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner as well as coaching my daughter's soccer team. LIFE WAS GOOD!!!!
Then one day, while I was working at the Children's Hospital, I suffered from a rare condition called a 'Spinal Stroke'. In that very moment, my life as I had known it was about to change. The pain was indescribably. As days past, the nerve damage was becoming more noticeable. Until I reached a stage where I was told that I would never ever walk again. Life was more challenging than I can say. I then developed Fibromyalgia, a disease that engulfs one in sheer pain 24/7 and muscle spasms in all of your body's muscle structures.
My life was one of pain killers [that never worked], being bedridden, and wheelchair bound. I was told that this was my life now and forever. That there was no other alternative!!!!
I was being cursed by the very doctors that I trusted.
After years and years of this existence...
One day, I woke up really, really angry. How could this be? This just can't be!!!!
So I began to read and research on my more functional days. I learned about how we really evolve in our environment. How energies affect our bodies, minds, and spirit. After many years of trial and error, I was able to stand again, then walk again, now even ride a bike. My docs still can't understand how....and I suppose they will never really understand. But it is all possible.
